- Grasp the barbell firmly with both hands, with palms facing inward.
- Stand with your feet shoulder length apart.
- Lift the barbell until your forearms are perpendicular to the ground, much as you would in a Basic Curl.
- Lower the barbell at a medium speed.
- Repeat.
