  1. Grasp the barbell firmly with both hands, with palms facing inward.
  2. Stand with your feet shoulder length apart.
  3. Lift the barbell until your forearms are perpendicular to the ground, much as you would in a Basic Curl.
  4. Lower the barbell at a medium speed.
  5. Repeat.
