What you need for the Cable Lying Stability Ball Crunch
- A low pulley column with cable rope
- A stability ball
Instructions for the Cable Lying Stability Ball Crunch
- Sit on stability ball near the low pulley column so that your back is lying on the ball
- Reach behind and grasp the cable rope with both hands
- Place the inside of your wrists against the sides of your head.
- Allow your lower back to be hyperextended as the weight drops.
- Keeping your hips still, flex the abdomen so that your forearms travel towards your thighs
- Repeat.
