What you need for the Cable Lying Straight Leg-Hip Raise

  1. A low pulley column with ankle straps
  2. An exercise mat
  3. Grasping support

Instructions for the Cable Lying Straight Leg-Hip Raise

  1. Hook the cable's ankle straps to both ankles.
  2. Lie down on the exercise mat and reach behind head for support
  3. Pull the cable towards your head by flexing your hips and keep your knees straight
  4. Return to original position.
  5. Repeat.
