What you need for the Cable Lying Straight Leg-Hip Raise
- A low pulley column with ankle straps
- An exercise mat
- Grasping support
Instructions for the Cable Lying Straight Leg-Hip Raise
- Hook the cable's ankle straps to both ankles.
- Lie down on the exercise mat and reach behind head for support
- Pull the cable towards your head by flexing your hips and keep your knees straight
- Return to original position.
- Repeat.
