- A high pulley column with cable rope attachment
Instructions for the Cable Kneeling Crunch
- Kneel under the high pully.
- Grab the cable rope attachment.
- Flex the waist, moving elbows towards the mid-thigh.
- Return to original position.
- Repeat.

Note that doing the Cable Kneeling Crunch won't affect just your abdominal area in terms of excess fat. This exercise is a good, low-impact way to exercise the abdominal muscles.
