- A medium-high pulley column with cable rope attachment
Instructions for the Cable Seated Crunch
- Sit against back support with your back to the pulley.
- Grab the cable rope, placing the rope across both shoulders.
- Flex the waist, moving elbows towards the hips.
- Return to original position.
- Repeat.
Comments on the Cable Seated Crunch
Note that doing the Cable Seated Crunch won't affect just your abdominal area in terms of excess fat. This exercise is a good, low-impact way to exercise the abdominal muscles.
