Lever Seated Crunch
The Lever Seated Crunch is a great exercise for the stomach (abdomen), and requires a lever machine.
What you need for the Lever Seated Crunch
- An abdominal muscle lever machine
Instructions for the Lever Seated Crunch
- Sit in lever machine against the back support.
- Place shins under pads, if available.
- Grip above handles and place the back of each arm against pads.
- Flex waist so that the eblows travel towards the ground.
- Return to original position.
- Repeat.
Comments on the Lever Seated Crunch
Note that doing the Lever Seated Crunch won't affect just your abdominal area in terms of excess fat. This exercise is a good, low-impact way to exercise the abdominal muscles.
