The Weighted Incline Crunch is a great exercise for the stomach (abdominal muscle group), and requires an incline bench.

What you need for the Weighted Incline Crunch

  1. An incline bench
  2. Weights, if desired

Instructions for the Weighted Incline Crunch

  1. Lay down on the incline bench, with your head lower than your feet
  2. Hook both feet under a foot brace
  3. Hold a weight plate on your chest with both hands, arms crossed.
  4. Raise upper body by flexing the waist.
  5. Return to original position.
  6. Repeat.
