Comments on the Weighted V-Up
Make sure to keep your knees straight throughout the exercise. The Weighted V-Up can be done with or without weight, and the weight can be adjusted to increase resistance. Note that doing the Weighted V-Up will affect your entire body in terms of fat-reduction, not just the abdominal area. This exercise is a good, low-impact way to exercise the abdominal muscles.
