What you need for the Weighted Incline Twisting Situp - Advanced
- Incline bench with elevated foot braces
- Weight plate, if desired
Instructions for the Weighted Incline Twisting Situp - Advanced
- Hook your feed under the foot braces and lie on bench with feet raised higher than your head, knees at a 90 degree angle and upper legs pointing upwards.
- Grasp plate across the chest or behind your head with both hands.
- Flex the waist while twisting to the right or left, raising upper body off of the bench.
- Return to original position.
- Repeat.
