What you need for the Cambered Bar Lying Row
- An elevated bench
- Cambered Barbell
Instructions for the Cambered Bar Lying Row
- Set the cambered barbell underneath the elevated bench.
- Lie down on the elevated bench with your feet extended behind you with feet together and touching the ground.
- Grasp the barbell overhanded grip and pull the bar towards your chest.
- Lower the barbell slowly to the ground until your arms are completely extended.
- Repeat.
